We believe that our hygienists know our patients & their individual needs best! We will support you while you determine the care you want to provide & the time it takes you to give that care to those patients. 

  • Prophy/Recare: Adults: 45-60 minutes
  • New Patient Appointments: 60-90 minutes (depending on patient needs)
  • Scaling & Root Planning (2 Quads of SRP): 1 ½ hours (90 minutes)

What You Bring to Our Team

  • Valid Wisconsin Dental Hygienist License – If you are MN licensed, we will help you obtain your WI license!
  • Tech-Savvy Skills: Experience with digital records, including digital x-rays, digital scanners, pano, and intraoral photography.
  • A Keen Eye for Detail & Strong Analytical Skills
  • Passion & Drive: You are hardworking, have vision and grit, and truly care about making a difference.
  • Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you play a critical role in promoting oral health & preventing dental disease. We are counting on you to help our patients by:

  • Conducting Comprehensive Oral Health Assessments: Reviewing medical histories, taking x-rays, and assessing oral conditions.
  • Performing Dental Cleanings & Periodontal Care: Prophylaxis cleanings, Scaling & Root Planing, polishing, treating periodontal disease, placing sealants, administering localized antibiotics, assisting with anesthetic, etc.
  • Educating Patients: Providing oral hygiene instructions, nutritional counseling, and guidance on preventive care to maintain optimal oral health.
